Frame
Frame as received was cracked the entire length of the left headstock weld. Kevin Smith (the wonderful UK bloke who hooked me up with forks and swingarm) went over and above and approached Spondon for me. A phone call ensued, along with lots of loud banging and then shouts of success. Spondon still had the templates and jigs from when they prepped the Castrol World Superbike RC45's for HRC... Oh lordy I lucked into something special there. More later, for now here's the pics of Bob & Co's work. Spondon are the real thing and then so much more. They rock.
