  Below is presented my current resume. In light of the extra-curricular work that I do, this here should be useful as a form of reference about me, my history, and my technical expertise.

VP, Manager of Creative Technology; 1998 - present; Responsible for team providing all desktop support to the Creative Services, Production, and New Business Departments (400 Macs etc). Set all computer standards, sign off on all purchases.
Author, Creative Operations White Paper; Created procedural guidelines for inter-departmental workflow. Established and staffed Creative Hotline technology helpdesk.
Member of Grey Technology Policy Council; Made up of Grey directors of technology.
Head of Macintosh Technology for Grey NY; Technical lead for team made up of IT Dept. managers and business technologists, coordinating standards for OS, hardware, and graphics/production tools.
WebMaster, Creative Department; Responsible for concept, layout, and coding of internal websites used for software distribution, help documentation, and promotion of internal events.
DB Author, Info-Tracking; Created inter-linked, shared FMP databases to manage computer allocation, Powerbook loaners, record and assign helpdesk calls, and organize personnel moves.

Forbes Magazine
Technical Specialist/Head of Macintosh Technology; 1998; Primary support for all Macintosh technology. Responsible for automation, global OS build and purchasing standards.
Project Manager, Global Remote Access; Conceived, pitched, and implemented global remote access system for all Macintosh and Windows users. Implemented with zero downtime.
Project Leader, Network Restructuring; Worked with outside vendors to restructure Forbes corporate network and replace/upgrade all routers. Accomplished with zero downtime.

Bristol-Myers Squibb
Technical Coordinator, Global Magellan Project; 1997; Delivery and support of in-house applications used in drug discovery labs. Software delivered using Applescript, NAN, InstallerMaker, Symantec Basic, and Intranet.

JPMorgan
Team Leader/Senior Support Specialist, Futures & Options; 1994 - 1997; Front line desktop support for 200+ Mac & PC users. Trouble-shooting, fire-fighting, and management of Mac and Novell servers for a global user base. End-user liaison for all Unix support.
Project Leader, Off-Site Contingency Effort; Handled off-site technology contingency plans for Futures & Options business, including specing equipment, arranging co-location, scheduling testing, and certifying compliance.
Project Manager, Global Macintosh OS Build; Led a team of six to set specs, determine businesss needs, and develop distribution model. Performed the master installations, organized stress-testing, system integration testing, evaluation and distribution. Build distributed to approximately 750 users.
Project Leader, Notes rollout; Evaluation, assessment, and implementation for rollout of Lotus Notes to all JP Morgan Fixed Income Macintosh clients - approximately 225 users.
Project Leader, market data restructuring; Coordinated the replacement of production servers providing market data, automated nightly processes, and other services for a global user-base. Performed with zero downtime.
