Resume

And here, we start with a perfectly good 1992 Honda VFR750F. In 1998, after doing the left side TBR, RVF upper fairing and PIAA headlights, I imagined just a few aditional changes - fully adjustable inverted forks, a VFR800 taillight, and larger gas tank... then a prettier single sided swingarm, nicer footpegs, guages with white faces, better lighting, upgraded wiring (Honda's one serious failing)... Five years later and it's coming together.

The goal is to achieve the same level of fit, finish, and integration as any factory bike. Sort of a 'production imposter' if you will. Strangely, for some time I've known pretty much exactly what I want it to look like and I've gotten lucky in that many of these parts fit together better than could have been expeted. An interesting side-note is that every single item has been purchased used. Everything - it's the only thing to keep the costs down.

Take a gander at the sub-links on the left under "VFR750", most of the categories are populated with at least something. Pics and commentary abound, but it's rough. The bike is the focus, not the website, so while if you find substantial viewability issues I'd like to hear about them, please understand it's never going to be pretty here - this is a peek inside a hack-shop, nothing more.
