I had a friend turn down the cbr rotors by 2.5mm. Odd side-note is that VFR rotors are spec'ed at 296mm, which they measure at. Ditto the 310mm on RC30 and RC45. Ditto the 296mm of the early cbr600. BUT the cbr954 is sold with "330mm" rotors. I've measured three sets and they're all 328mm. Go figure.
